Okay.  This is the page you use to send us a document.

Why would you do that?  Well, first of all, nothing about filling out this form and sending us a document commits you to hiring us or spending any money for Editaway services. All you’re doing is sending us a document. We’ll take a first look at it and then email you a proposal describing the editorial services we will provide, what we’ll charge for those services and how quickly you can expect to receive our comments and suggestions.

All you need to do now is fill out and submit the form below with your document attached to it.

Before you do, note the following…

  1. As we explain elsewhere on our website, Editaway services are about improving the quality and effectiveness of documents you’ve already written.  If you need something written from scratch, visit our sister company’s website, Writeaway.us.
  2. We only edit non-technical documents written in American English. So, no technical documents and no documents written in any other languages.
  3. To engage Editaway, you need to be at least 18 years old, living in the United States, with the authority to modify the document you send us.
  4. All documents you send us and communications between us are strictly confidential.  No exceptions.

And that’s all there is to it.  If you’d like to send us something and ask for a proposal, all you need to do is fill out and submit the following form…

  • If you prefer that we call you... Unless you tell us otherwise, we will only call you weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM in your time zone.
  • Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to engage our services.
  • We do not edit technical documents.
  • Please limit your response to no more than 1000 characters.
  • As a rule, urgent requests will receive a first response proposal from us within 24 hours.

  • If your response is "No," you need to have someone with authority over the document send it to us directly.
  • Max. file size: 100 MB.
    Be assured that this document and all communications with you will be held and conducted in strict confidence.

    If the document you want you send us is too large or of a nature that cannot be uploaded, go on to the next item in the form and answer "Yes." We'll email or call you to talk about how best to send us a copy of your material for us to review.

  • If you've answered "Yes," we'll email or call to talk to you about the nature of your document and the best way to get it to us.
  • We're looking forward to reviewing your document and will have a proposal back to you within 3 business days – or 24 hours if this is an urgent request.
